Key Responsibilities
- **Technical Leadership**: Provide technical guidance and expertise to customers, helping them to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet their business needs.
- **Solution Development**: Work with customers to develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflow design, configuration, and testing.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
- **Pre-Sales Activities**: Participate in pre-sales activities, including sales presentations, solutioning, scoping discussions, and workshops.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions to customers.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
- **3+ years' experience** working with ServiceNow, with a broad working knowledge of the platform's capabilities and the applications that run on it.
- **Extensive career** in Professional Services, ideally working with a software OEM, and the value proposition they bring for a customer.
- **Strong relationships** building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- **Technical expertise**, with the ability to talk to customers in their language, around their industry, and at the appropriate level across Executive, Business, and Technical stakeholders.
- **Complex problem-solving** skills, with the ability to manage complex customer pursuits and invest time and resources appropriately.
- **Strong communication** skills, with the ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids.
