ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team and make a global impact through our ServiceNow platform.
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the entire ServiceNow landscape and roadmap. You will make strategic decisions to empower our colleagues across all BI locations worldwide and collaborate directly with ServiceNow and other onboarded clients.
In your role, you will work alongside other architects within the BI environment, which will continuously expose you to the latest technologies and help you advance your skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop the project portfolio and solution roadmaps based on a solid understanding of business requirements, technology, and industry trends.
- Ensure that BI architectural governance is up to date by reviewing and approving all demands and changes.
- Guarantee the accuracy of architecture-related data in the application-planning repository.
- Contribute to governance processes by providing direction for innovative technologies within your ServiceNow environment.
- Evaluate solution assessments in regards of ServiceNow demands and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with the rest of the architects enabled.
- Assist in making informed decisions based on a thorough understanding of how process or system changes may impact other processes, systems, or people.
- Encourage strategies for identifying shared objectives among multiple stakeholders.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in information technology or a comparable qualification.
- 3 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and architecture, with expertise in ITSM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, and SecOps skills.
- A proactive attitude that challenges the status quo, embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional international teams.
- Knowledge of architecture, integrations, automation, and security, with a focus on user experience and a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English with a willingness to travel.
