We're seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to manage and maintain our Workday HCM systems, ensuring a seamless employee experience. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement digital solutions that enhance how employees interact with our tools.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support Workday HCM systems, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with teams to assess user needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate global system issues, providing timely and effective support.
- Apply Agile and Design Thinking methodologies to improve HR processes and enhance user adoption.
- Automate and streamline global HR and security functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Configure and optimize Workday to enhance user experience, providing training and support for system changes and upgrades.
- Create custom reports, data analysis, and mass updates, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
- 3+ years of Workday experience, including Core HCM.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with excellent communication and customer service focus.
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
