The JobAs part of the global HR team, this role is responsible for supporting the HRIS and Analytics Centre of Excellence through optimizing the Workday HRIS solution. Reporting to the Head of HRIS, the HRIS Analyst will support planning and implementing HRIS strategy and developing HR solutions as per business requirements.
Key Highlights- HRIS Expertise: Handle Workday modules in areas like Core HCM, Time Off's, Absence Management, Core Compensation, and Business Processes.
- Support HRIS team to configure and rollout annual Workday processes like Performance & Talent Management, Compensation Reviews, and Benefits Management.
- Develop and implement custom reports, calculated fields, custom validations, business processes, security enhancements to align with business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date regarding Workday releases and updates, assessing their impact on existing configurations and recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Troubleshoot pain points and identify areas of improvement to aid better data accuracy in the system.
- Investigate and research solutions to various requests from the business using Workday Community.
- Conduct system training sessions to line managers and the HR team on a regular basis.
- Provide 2nd-level support (HRM help desk inbox / support calls) and ensure that user problems are identified, prioritized, researched, and resolved.
- Analyze help desk enquiries to identify recurring user problems and recommend solutions to improve HRIS processes.
- Promote HRIS activities and development through regular communication updates.
- Aid HRIS/Workday release management communication and support training documentation updates as and when needed.
- Ideal 5 years' + functional Workday experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Work accurately, in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to a global workforce.
- Independent worker, who can triage and escalate requests as required.
- Proven experience in driving global projects and processes.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify systemic versus end-user issues and resolve or escalate as needed.
- Excellent time Management and Multi-Tasking abilities; able to thrive under Pressure.
- IT proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel (Formulas and Pivots) and PowerPoint.
- Strong Business Partnering and Communication skills.
- A Growth mindset and resourcefulness to research, self-learn to find solutions.
- Highly Desirable: Workday HCM Certification.
- Knowledge in: Workday Security, Workday Integrations, Workday Payroll, Workday Peak, and Workday Studio.
