The Job
This role is part of the global HR team, responsible for supporting the HRIS and Analytics Centre of Excellence. The goal is to optimize the Workday HRIS solution.
Key Highlights
HRIS Expertise
Core HCM, Time Offs, Absence Management, Core Compensation, and Business Processes are key areas of focus. The HRIS Analyst will provide support to the HRIS team to configure and rollout annual Workday processes like Performance & Talent Management, Compensation Reviews, and Benefits Management.
Key Responsibilities
Expert knowledge in handling Workday modules, providing support to the HRIS team, understanding, documenting, and delivering solutions as per business requirements. Develop and implement custom reports, calculated fields, custom validations, business processes, and security enhancements.
Additional Responsibilities
Stay up to date with Workday releases and updates, assess their impact on existing configurations, and recommend adjustments as necessary. Troubleshoot pain points, identify areas of improvement, and provide 2nd level support. Analyze help desk enquiries to identify recurring user problems and recommend solutions to improve HRIS processes.
Requirements
Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of functional Workday experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently, triage and escalate requests, and thrive under pressure. Experience in driving global projects and processes, problem-solving skills, and excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
