Job Description:
">- As an HRIS Data Analyst and Implementation Specialist at Volotea, you will be the go-to subject matter expert for our HR Systems, providing strategic guidance and support to various stakeholders.
- You will manage and maintain SAP Success Factors, leading its definition and implementation in coordination with the IT team and technical developers.
- In this role, you will lead system-related projects, adapting the current Employee Central module to meet new business needs, ensuring data integrity, and monitoring consistency.
- You will also define and enforce data standards and best practices across the department, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- A key responsibility will be troubleshooting HRIS data issues and coordinating with technical support as needed.
- You will create and maintain HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- In addition, you will manage JIRA Software for HR tickets, delivering a high level of service to our users.
- Your expertise will also be shared through training and support provided to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP Success Factors.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel are essential.
- You should have proven experience working with databases and creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools, such as PowerBI.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus, and attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset are necessary for success in this role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; French or Italian is a plus.
