In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing Scalable Solutions: Support the development of scalable Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions aligned with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Delivering Advanced Configurations: Independently deliver advanced Workday Business Processes and Functional configurations to meet business requirements, develop HRIS procedures, and design specifications.
- Leveraging Data Insights: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of related reports/dashboards and data management strategy to drive business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment of HR Technology solutions.
To achieve these goals, you will work closely with HR counterparts and the HR Technology team to understand requirements, conduct complex analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across functional areas. Additionally, you will participate in the cross-functional bi-yearly Workday release cycle activities, including regression testing, planning for relevant functionality enhancements, considering downstream and end-user impacts, addressing change management needs.

About You:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree & 3+ years of prior relevant experience with HRIS systems - Workday.
- Technical Expertise: Proven expertise with Absence and Time Tracking modules.
- Language Skills: Fluent English, other languages a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills, strict attention to detail, ability to manage complex projects, and influence change.
