Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Corporate Account Manager to join our fast-growing FX Dealing Team in Madrid. As a key member of the team, you will provide daily operational and trading assistance to some of our corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class service to corporate clients, providing expert guidance on FX risk management, trade finance and other financial solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, promoting our industry-leading offering.
- Analyse market trends and commercial implications to deliver value-added insights to clients.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to high-pressure situations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- A deep understanding of commercial principles, including exchange rates, profit margins and financial analysis.
- The capacity to multitask, prioritise tasks and manage workload peaks efficiently.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary of €50,000 per annum, plus benefits and a dynamic work environment. Based in our Madrid office, you will enjoy 4 days of office-based working and 1 day of flexible working from home.
