Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of around €45,000 per year, plus benefits that include hybrid work arrangements and the opportunity to work with a diverse team.
About the Role
As our Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll provide software training to hotel customers across Europe via screenshare, chat, and phone. You'll use an engaging style to ensure our customers understand how to use our products and benefit from all its features. We'll provide product and internal software training, and pair you with a seasoned buddy to perform mock training before you start working with our customers.
Your Responsibilities
* Qualify customer requirements and prepare them for core product implementation
* Deliver high-quality customer training on our chosen product via digital communication platforms
* Clearly communicate our support procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
* Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them efficiently
* Drive customer projects forward, meeting objectives
Your Qualifications
* Fluent language skills in Spanish, English, and French
* Proven customer service experience with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Tech-savvy with a sound knowledge of technology
* Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Experience in the hotel industry or SaaS companies is a plus
