Account Manager Role in Spain (Barcelona)

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager in Spain (Barcelona) to develop our business in the region and maintain relationships with existing partners.

Main Responsibilities:
Actively promote our international project in the assigned territory;
Expand and consolidate our presence in the territory;
Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners to increase their performance;
Maximize API deals with potential and existing partners;
Provide system training to existing and new partners;
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities within the territory;
Product presentations and networking;
Position the brand within the travel trade;
Payments control;
Provide market and competitive environment analysis;

Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in the travel industry with excellent knowledge of the country's travel market;
Specialized in account management or business development of B2B travel companies;
Personal skills: proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with a fast-changing business environment, team player;
Excellent analytical skills: used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven, and good with numbers;
International mindset: ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG's global presence;
Fluent in Catalan, advanced English, and other languages as a plus;
Ability to travel around Catalonia;
Readiness for business trips: 30% - 50% of working time might be required for market visits;
Location: Catalonia, preferably in Barcelona.
