The OpportunityThis role supports our sales process by processing reservations, confirming services, and issuing travel documents. You will work directly with international vendors and assist customers with travel-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal teams and customers
- Process requests and confirmations accurately while adhering to company policies
- Assist managers and reservation staff with customer inquiries, research, and follow-up
- Maintain open communication with the manager regarding procedures and problems
- A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in the travel industry is essential
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A competitive salary of approximately €28,000 - €35,000 per annum

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, offering hybrid working arrangements with 2 days spent in our Barcelona office and the remaining 3 days worked remotely.
