We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
Main Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and timelines.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain project reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare-related environment.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Spanish or German language skills are a plus.
