As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish, managing logistics, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project documentation, including creating and archiving sales orders and project folders
* Coordinate with customers to submit satisfaction surveys and invoices
* Ensure timely invoicing and submission of invoices to customers
* Manage bonds and letters of credit with finance department and customers
* Oversee logistics from material availability to delivery, adhering to contractual agreements
* Prepare shipment documentation and distribute to internal and external stakeholders
* Contract forwarding companies for shipment of finished materials
* Communicate directly with freight forwarders, customs agents, customers, and suppliers
* Ensure policies and procedures are followed in accordance with requirements
* Support Project Manager during project lifecycle
* Propose improvements to internal procedures

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the industrial sector
* Ability to work in a team and international environments
* Good level of English (B2)
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Experience with SAP is a plus
* Resident in Vitoria or nearby areas
