Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead our operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests. The ideal candidate will possess deep F&B management knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high standards in service and quality.

About Us:
A multinational company is looking for a skilled professional to join its team as a Food and Beverage Director. This role involves overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, from strategic planning and budgeting to daily management and team development.

Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise Food & Beverage employees, facilities, sales, and costs to achieve maximum departmental profit.
- Analyze and optimize product quality, guest satisfaction, merchandising, operating costs, hygiene, and cleanliness on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations, including interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance appraisal, coaching, counseling, and dismissal if necessary.
- Develop and implement formal training plans for Food & Beverage personnel.
- Supervise and coordinate pricing and preparation of menus, beverage, and wine lists.
- Collaborate with the Materials Manager to determine minimum and maximum food and beverage par stocks and approve all wine purchases according to hotel procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury hotels
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Languages: English and Spanish
