About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Education department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education programs for field support personnel and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs for 3D Mapping and FARAVIEW technology
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop blended learning programs
  • Manage budgets and track program metrics to ensure continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and trends in electrophysiology
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Medical Education or a related field
  • Strong expertise in electrophysiology, including 3D mapping and FARAVIEW technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus
