About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Education department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education programs for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver education programs for customers and employees, including training sessions, workshops, and online courses.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement education strategies that meet business objectives.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure education programs meet their needs.
  4. Manage education budgets and track program metrics to ensure ROI.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in electrophysiology to ensure education programs are relevant and effective.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in medical education or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of developing and delivering successful education programs.
  3. Strong understanding of electrophysiology and its applications.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
