Job Title: Senior Medical Education Specialist Electrophysiology
Job Summary:
Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Education Specialist Electrophysiology to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Education department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education programs for medical professionals and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Education Programs: Design, develop, and deliver education programs for medical professionals and employees on electrophysiology and related topics.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure education programs align with business objectives.
- Manage Education Budget: Develop and manage education budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
- Measure Program Effectiveness: Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and developments in electrophysiology and related fields.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience: In medical education, customer programs, or field support.
- EP, 3D mapping, PFA, and Single Shot field support experience: Minimum 3 years.
- Training and Medical Education background: Highly valued for the role.
- Experience in developing e-learning programs: Highly valued.
- University degree or equivalent: Required with solid expertise in Rhythm Management and EP.
- Team player and collaboration attitude: Promote collaboration across the organization.
- Strong customer focus: Both internal and external customers.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills: Problem-solving oriented and detail-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure: Multiple priorities, ability to prioritize and focus.
- Didactic, presentation, and strong communication skills: Fluent in English, additional European language a plus.
