Job Title: EMEA Senior Customer Education Specialist Electrophysiology

Boston Scientific is a leading medical device company dedicated to improving patient lives. We're seeking an experienced professional to develop and lead high-quality education programs for employees and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement education programs for field support personnel and customers.
  2. Develop blended learning approaches, including remote, face-to-face, and e-learning delivery.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop digital platforms and Learning Management Systems.
  4. Design and track e-learning programs to complement blended curriculums.
  5. Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
  6. Evaluate program impact and plan for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 7 years' experience in Medical Education/Customer programs/Field support EP.
  2. Training and Medical Education background highly valued.
  3. Experience in developing e-learning programs and digital content.
  4. University degree or equivalent with expertise in Rhythm Management and EP.
  5. Strong customer focus, planning, and organizational skills.
  6. Fluent in English; additional European language a plus.
