NPPE Retail Digital Media Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled NPPE Retail Digital Media Lead to join our Purina Europe team. This role will play a crucial part in driving our M3.0 vision by integrating Retail Digital Media (RDM) strategies into our Category media strategies.

Retail digital media is a key enabler of our omni-channel growth objectives. To succeed in this environment, you will need expertise in media, understanding of omni-channel commerce, consumer marketing, technology, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the market governance, RDM strategy, and integration with full funnel media strategy, campaign guidance, KPI setting, and apply media best practices across all Purina brands and campaigns.
  • Partner with Purina's marketing & brand teams to connect RDM strategies with business context, business targets, and brand building priorities in an integrated way.
  • Partner with Purina's eCommerce & MDO teams to connect RDM strategies with business context, business targets, and eRetailer agreements.
  • Improve the performance of all Purina brands and their products within key eRetailer environments (central and markets), and track performance in associated KPIs.
  • Evolving our data maturity and partnerships with key eRetailers by testing & learning, evolving current WoWs, and assessing business use cases.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital paid media role or eRetail digital media role within a large company or an agency dealing with large companies and/or experience in SEM or Programmatic media.
  • Knowledge and experience of performance marketing within key eRetailer environments such as Amazon, Tesco, Carrefour etc.
  • Knowledge of technology partners (e.g. Pacvue), and DSPs.
  • Strong communicator, with ability to translate complex digital media concepts into simplified terms that non-media/non-retail stakeholders can understand.
  • Functional marketing knowledge across other areas (i.e. Display, social media, mass reach advertising).
  • Understand media operations and requirements (Budgets, Reporting, Agency management, etc.).
