Job SummaryThe B2B Digital Media Specialist will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through a full-funnel approach to digital marketing. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including PPC, display, social media, online reputation, and retargeting.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and position the company as a leader in the EV-charging space.
- Develop digital strategies to drive B2B lead generation through organic and paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, content marketing, etc).
- Optimize digital campaigns to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Creative Content team to create compelling assets (landing pages, blog posts) that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Manage digital campaigns budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize returns on ad spend.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns (PPC, social media, display, etc.) and driving significant ROI.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
