Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will create impact within our Paid Media team, setting up and monitoring campaigns across multiple platforms and creating reports and forecasts for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up paid campaigns in Meta Business Manager and Google Marketing Platform.
- Perform pacing and performance optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Technical quality assurance of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues.
- Work on performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve the performance of campaigns with Account Managers.
Requirements
- You're fluent in English and Spanish.
- You have implemented digital campaigns with media buying platforms. Preferably Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- You have optimized and produced reports for medium or large budget campaigns.
- You can maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel and enjoy working with numbers.
- You love developing long-lasting relationships with clients and adding value to their business.
- You use data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
- You are great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
