At Uptilab, we're seeking a talented Junior Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Paid Media team, you will play a crucial role in creating impactful campaigns that drive results for our clients.
About the Role:We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about digital media and has a strong understanding of paid advertising platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and monitoring campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta Business Manager and Google Marketing Platform.
- Performing pacing and performance optimization of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conducting technical quality assurance of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Creating and presenting performance reports to clients, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with Account Managers to identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience implementing digital campaigns with media buying platforms, preferably Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel and interpret data to inform decisions.
- A passion for developing long-lasting relationships with clients and adding value to their business.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
