Head of Southern European Offline Retail Business

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the product strategy and offline marketing activities in the Southern Europe Region, which includes Italy, Spain, Turkey & Greece. The Regional Product Manager's key objectives are to align with the Regional President and Headquarters, develop and manage sales and expense budgets, enforce sales policies, and act as a coach/mentor for local retail sales directors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the implementation of the offline retail product strategy in the region
- Agreeing plans for sales strategies in countries and translating them into specific actions
- Developing and managing annual sales and expense budgets and forecasts for all subsidiaries in the region
- Enforcing sales policies related to channels, territories, pricing, and promotion
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' international experience as a sales director, with a variety of sales channels in similar industries. Experience in product and marketing within the same industry is also essential. Additionally, business development, problem-solving skills, a structured work ethic, analytical and organizational skills, focus, team spirit, and ability to cope with stressful situations are highly valued.
Proficiency in English is required, and Turkish, Greek, Spanish, or Italian would be an asset. A degree in business-related fields, economics, or marketing will be highly valued. Estimated salary range: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
