About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Activation Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Consumer Fragrances team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of fragrances for consumer brands in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local market and trends, identifying new business opportunities and potential white spaces.
  • Know the strategic local players, brands, and clients' portfolios to identify rising stars.
  • Develop continuous knowledge of our value proposal and existing material to maximize client engagement and business opportunity creation.
  • Contribute to and understand our Regional Consumer Brands European strategy to execute it locally through relevant proactive initiatives.
  • Design material for defined European proactive initiatives.
  • Deliver impactful presentations tailored to client briefs using our value proposal.
  • Monitor local product and fragrance databases to inform our tools.
  • Identify new clients in the Spanish market and open doors for business development.

Requirements
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Marketing in the F&F Industry, Home Care, or Personal Care industry with close interactions with perfume houses.
  • Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories, brands, clients, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
  • Good leadership and drive skills.
  • Structured and strategic thinking with an engaged, can-do attitude and proactive spirit.
