Shape the Future of Fragrances

As a Marketing Activation Manager at DSM, you will play a key role in shaping the future of fragrances for consumer brands in Spain. With a strong strategic mindset, you will connect market trends, brand strategies, and DSM's value proposition to identify new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a deep understanding of the local market and trends, and feed the team with insights on new business opportunities and potential white spaces.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the strategic local players, brands, and clients' portfolios, and identify rising stars in the industry.
  3. Develop and maintain continuous knowledge of DSM's value proposal and existing material, including proactive initiatives by category, to maximize clients' engagement and business opportunities creation.
  4. Contribute to the Regional Consumers Brands European strategy and execute it locally through the deployment of proactive initiatives relevant for the market.
  5. Design and develop material for defined European proactive initiatives.
  6. Deliver impactful presentations to answer briefs by customizing DSM's value proposal for clients.
  7. Monitor local product and fragrance databases to feed DSM's tools.
  8. Identify new clients to hunt for the Spanish market and open doors for business development.
  9. Collaborate closely with Sales, FDM, Consumer Insights, Regional Consumer Brands Europe Marketing team, Global Marketing, and the Regional Consumer Brands team located in Spain.

You Bring

  1. 6 to 8 years' experience in Marketing in the F&F Industry or in Home Care (Laundry or Surface Care) or Personal Care (Beauty) industry with close interactions with perfumes houses.
  2. Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories, brands, clients, and market dynamics.
  3. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionable.
  4. Good leadership and drive skills.
  5. Structured and strategic thinking.
  6. Engaged, can-do attitude, and proactive spirit.
  7. Teamwork-oriented with fast learning ability to consolidate knowledge internally and with clients.
  8. Agile and adaptable to consumer needs.
