Shape the Future of Fragrances in Spain

Join DSM as a Marketing Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of fragrances for consumer brands in Spain. With a strong focus on strategic thinking, you will connect market trends, brand strategies, and DSM's value proposition to identify new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local market and trends, and share your insights with the team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on the strategic local players, brands, and clients, and use this knowledge to identify rising stars.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of DSM's value proposal and existing materials, and use this expertise to maximize client engagement and business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the Regional Consumers Brands European strategy and execute it locally by deploying proactive initiatives relevant to the market.
  • Design materials for defined European proactive initiatives and deliver impactful presentations to answer briefs.
  • Monitor local product and fragrance databases to feed DSM's tools and identify new clients to hunt for the Spanish market.
  • Work closely with Sales, FDM, Consumer Insights, Regional Consumer Brands Europe Marketing team, Global Marketing, and the Regional Consumer Brands team in Spain.

You Bring
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Marketing in the F&F Industry or in Home Care (Laundry or Surface Care) or Personal Care (Beauty) industry with close interactions with perfumes houses.
  • Demonstrated experience and solid expertise within categories, brands, clients, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to make the complex understandable and actionable.
  • Good leadership and drive skills.
  • Structured and strategic thinking.
  • Engaged, can-do attitude, and proactive spirit.
  • Teamwork-oriented with fast learning ability to consolidate knowledge internally and with clients.
  • Agile and adaptable to consumer needs.
