About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Activation Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Consumer Fragrances team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of fragrances for consumer brands in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local market and trends, and identify new business opportunities for our clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key players in the industry, including brands, clients, and novelties.
  • Stay up-to-date with dsm-firmenich's value proposition and existing material, and use this knowledge to create customized solutions for our clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the Regional Consumers Brands European strategy, and execute it locally through the deployment of proactive initiatives.
  • Design and deliver impactful presentations to clients, showcasing our unique value proposition.
  • Monitor local product and fragrance databases to feed dsm-firmenich's tools.
  • Identify new clients and opportunities for business development in the Spanish market.

Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the F&F industry or related fields.
  • Demonstrated expertise in categories, brands, clients, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
  • Good leadership and drive skills.
  • Structured and strategic thinking.
  • Engaged, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
