- Grow Active User Base and Brand Awareness: Grow our active user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand through data-driven performance marketing and competitive benchmarking.
- Manage Affiliate Relationships and Partnerships: Attract and manage affiliates relationships, partnerships, and B2B opportunities while working with the entire team to improve incentivization strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and Foster Online and Offline Communities: Develop vibrant online and offline communities, increasing engagement through moderating activities, content creation, fostering positive interactions, and assisting the Binance Angel Program.
- Organize and Execute Events: Organize and execute impactful online and offline events, such as meet-ups, hackathons, and workshops, tailored to the local market and user base.
- Market Insights and Innovation: Be the eyes and ears on the ground: Understand and share knowledge on local trends, communities, and news that can be leveraged in brand awareness and marketing innovation efforts.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in marketing, with exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fin-tech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing.
- Marketing and Growth Expertise: Past marketing/growth roles at Spanish virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred, with a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Data-driven and performance marketing mindset is a must, with proven experience in growing and managing a user base.
- Language Skills: Language skills: Spanish, and Advanced English.
- Adaptability and Teamwork: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once, with experience in community management and events a plus.
