About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Whereversim. As a Technical Support Specialist for IoT Solutions, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for our IoT products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in onboarding new customers and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Contribute to the improvement of our technical support processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Completed technical training or studies in a relevant field
  • Strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in network technologies and IoT devices
  • Proficiency in German, Spanish, and English languages
  • Residence in Hamburg and surrounding areas
  • Pro-active and team-oriented work style
