We're Looking for a Partner Enablement Manager

To help drive our partner ecosystem's growth and success. As a Partner Enablement Manager at Deel, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our partnerships globally.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and define partner segments to tailor enablement strategies that enhance our global partnerships.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint value propositions that resonate with distinct partner segments.">
  • Develop and execute performance metrics to track success in support of Deel's global partnership goals.">
  • Leverage your expertise to ensure high-quality, cohesive enablement experiences for Deel's partners.">

You Should Have

  • ">
  • Experience designing, producing, and delivering partner enablement programs.">
  • A proven track record of creating business goals for partner enablement programs and executing those goals.">
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and strong research skills.">
  • The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.">
