Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Coffee King. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Work closely with colleagues and prospects to identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on medium to large corporate customers across various sectors.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase new client acquisition and drive revenue growth, working closely with existing colleagues to develop sales of additional products within our existing customer base.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming the main point of contact and developing a position of trust and confidence.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Manage the CRM element of the client engagement, building and reporting on the sales pipeline, and providing regular updates to the CEO on successes and results.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and supplier terms, using this knowledge as a prospecting tool within your client base.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with the Support Team and Finance Team to deliver exceptional technical service to clients while measuring profitability.
- Prospect and Convert Leads: Prospect and convert leads into new business sales, attending industry events and conferences as required to build relationships and drive sales.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Proven B2B solution-selling track record of providing solutions to SMEs, corporate companies, multi-sites companies, and international organizations.
- Business Acumen: High professional level of English and Spanish languages, with the ability to develop and deliver proposals and tender documents.
- IT Skills: Good command of IT skills and ability to work with a CRM database.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Self-starter with polished business acumen, ability to build a wide and effective network, and confident in using one's own initiative.
- Team Player: Reliable, sociable, and a team worker with a target and achievement-motivated mindset.
- Competitive Salary: Starting salary of 35,000€ per year with an uncapped commission structure (reviewable in 6 months).
