Key Responsibilities- Financial and Business Performance Analysis
- Coordinate and consolidate financial reporting to provide management with information and recommendations for decision-making.
- Build and report official P&Ls, and serve as a contact point for Investor Relations requests.
- Provide analysis to understand deviations, risks, and help change the course of action.
- Planning Activities
- Coordinate and consolidate planning exercises to ensure compliance with Corporate Controlling policies.
- Coordinate teams involved in LTP, Budget, and Forecasts to ensure proper and accurate planning.
- Internal Systems
- Coordinate with DTS teams to maintain and improve controlling tools, systems, methods, and processes.
- Reduce manual workload by standardizing and automating reporting processes.
- Team Management
- Lead the AAO SFA Planning and Reporting team, and manage team members' performance and results.
- Define and follow-up objectives for individuals in line with organizational goals.
- University Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Min. 5 years' experience as a Controller in a multinational environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Basic understanding of the travel industry business.
- Knowledge of SAP & Outlook systems.
- Fluent English, French a plus.
- Very good presentation and communication skills.
