About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for coordinating the arrival and departure of guests, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assign arrivals and departures to Bell Desk Attendants
  • Deliver luggage and pick up from guest rooms, transport guest and hotel packages and parcels
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Maintain proper records of deliveries and pickups
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist with all queries related to hotel services
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required
  • Minimum experience of two years in the reception area or guest relations
  • Two years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
  • Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail
