As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our end-to-end logistics services, empowering customers worldwide with seamless and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the entire shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to handle shipment process complexities.
- Orchestrate the overall flow of end-to-end shipments, providing value-added solutions to customers.
- Resolve queries with shippers, customers, and key account managers in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, preventing errors and taking proactive measures to eliminate repetition.
- Prepare and submit documents accurately and on time, keeping stakeholders informed of status updates.
- Identify process deviations and share them proactively with customers and reporting heads.
- Respond to enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating difficulties as defined in SOPs/IOPs.
- Maintain effective communication by participating in conference calls with clients to ensure seamless process flow.
- Record and report performance data to provide recommendations on service delivery wins and failures.
Requirements:
- College degree and solid experience in logistics/supply chain and related areas.
- Good knowledge of and experience with logistics companies and supply chain management operations from both origin and destination.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management skills and relationship building.
- Passion to drive closures and high-level customer service orientation – customer centricity.
- Result orientation.
- Well-organized when working under pressure.
- Team player – works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork.
- Good understanding of operational processes.
- Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
