Logistics Coordinator

About the RoleThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing and monitoring the end-to-end shipment process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing value-added services to customers through effective business solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of operational processes and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process
- Coordinate with various stakeholders in shipment process handling
- Provide value-added services to customers through effective business solutions
- Query resolution with shippers, customers, and key account managers
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to avoid errors and take preventive measures
- Prepare and submit documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Responsible for cross-selling and customer retention
- Adhere to process and SOPs during daily operations
- Solid experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Good knowledge of logistics companies and supply chain management operations
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for driving closures and high-level customer service orientation
- Result-oriented and well-organized under pressure
