CÓMO SERÁ TU TRABAJO EN JYSK
- Junto al Store Manager, serás responsable de optimizar las rutinas de la tienda, de garantizar que la tienda esté siempre lista para los clientes y de alcanzar excelentes resultados en las ventas.
- Tu tarea principal será asegurar las campañas, la mejor actitud de ventas y un ambiente positivo y de alta energía, donde tu equipo prospere.
- Apoyarás al Store Manager comunicando, guiando y formando al equipo en la sala de ventas siguiendo los principios de liderazgo JYSK.
- Formarás a tus compañeros en la actitud customer first, en cómo determinar las necesidades de los clientes y en la realización de ventas adicionales.
- Te gusta el trabajo físico y enseñarás dando el ejemplo, vendiendo y realizando tareas rutinarias en la tienda.
- Te ves en el futuro como Store Manager de tu propia tienda y demostrarás compromiso para llegar allí.
QUÉ DEBES TRAER
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años en liderar, motivar y desarrollar equipos de venta.
- Estudios de Formación Profesional de Grado Medio.
- Disponibilidad completa para realizar horarios rotativos.
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (Microsoft Office, aplicaciones de correo, internet).
- Ser inspirador y comunicativo para crear un ambiente de trabajo positivo.
- Compromiso para responsabilizarse de la atención al cliente y de los resultados.
- Ser resolutivo, mantener la cabeza fría y guiar tu equipo incluso en situaciones adversas.
- Siempre te esfuerzas por mejorar tus resultados y te recuperas rápidamente después de un contratiempo.
- Te apasionan las ventas y eres un vendedor hábil.

- A continuación, te haremos una breve entrevista telefónica.
- En caso de que superes todas las fases anteriores te invitaremos a una entrevista presencial y, tras superarla, ya solo quedaría una verificación de referencias de experiencias anteriores.
