- Leave Management: Approve or disapprove leave applications during the shift, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Community Relations: Assist the Store Manager in community relations activities, fostering positive relationships with local stakeholders.
- Task Clarification: Clarify tasks, activities, and schedules during the shift to ensure crew members are aware of their responsibilities.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with cash control, employee discipline, and all company policies and procedures, while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Crew Productivity: Monitor crew productivity and ensure adherence to crew schedules and man-hours usage.
- Reporting and Documentation: Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reports, and maintain accurate documentation of shift activities.
- Store Maintenance: Execute cleaning activities, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Program Implementation: Implement assigned programs and ensure standards compliance during the shift.
- Cost Management: Implement cost management activities, standards, and procedures during the shift to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Customer Feedback: Implement customer surveys and interact with customers during the shift to gather feedback and improve services.

- Speed of Service: Implement speed of service programs to improve customer satisfaction and reduce wait times.
- Crew Leadership: Lead service crew to achieve highest product quality and supplies availability, ensuring product availability during the shift.
- Office Organization: Maintain office organization and orderliness during the shift to ensure efficient operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimum inventory levels during the shift and minimize usage to reduce waste and optimize resources.
- Crisis Prevention: Manage and implement crisis prevention programs and processes during the shift to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.
- Floor Control: Manage overall floor control and shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Crew Performance: Monitor crew performance during the shift and provide feedback to improve performance and productivity.
- Crew Morale: Motivate and boost crew morale to achieve shift objectives and improve overall job satisfaction.
- Task Delegation: Perform other assigned tasks as needed to ensure efficient store operations.
- Opening and Closing Procedures: Supervise opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
- Cost Tracking: Track repairs, maintenance, and utilities costs during the shift, recommend measures, and ensure proper documentation and guidelines implementation.
A college graduate preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business-related course, Behavioral Science, or Industrial Engineering courses.
2-3 years supervisory function in a restaurant or quick service restaurant.
