Job Summary

The Management Trainee is a key role within the Jollibee Group, responsible for driving store operations to achieve sales and profit targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Achieve shift sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and programs.
  2. Customer Service Excellence: Address customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring top-tier customer service.
  3. Leave Management: Approve or disapprove leave applications during the shift, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  4. Community Relations: Assist the Store Manager in community relations activities, fostering positive relationships with local stakeholders.
  5. Task Clarification: Clarify tasks, activities, and schedules during the shift to ensure crew members are aware of their responsibilities.
  6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with cash control, employee discipline, and all company policies and procedures, while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  7. Crew Productivity: Monitor crew productivity and ensure adherence to crew schedules and man-hours usage.
  8. Reporting and Documentation: Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reports, and maintain accurate documentation of shift activities.
  9. Store Maintenance: Execute cleaning activities, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  10. Program Implementation: Implement assigned programs and ensure standards compliance during the shift.
  11. Cost Management: Implement cost management activities, standards, and procedures during the shift to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  12. Customer Feedback: Implement customer surveys and interact with customers during the shift to gather feedback and improve services.

  21. Crisis Prevention: Manage and implement crisis prevention programs and processes during the shift to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.
  22. Floor Control: Manage overall floor control and shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  23. Crew Performance: Monitor crew performance during the shift and provide feedback to improve performance and productivity.
  24. Crew Morale: Motivate and boost crew morale to achieve shift objectives and improve overall job satisfaction.
  25. Task Delegation: Perform other assigned tasks as needed to ensure efficient store operations.
  26. Opening and Closing Procedures: Supervise opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
  27. Cost Tracking: Track repairs, maintenance, and utilities costs during the shift, recommend measures, and ensure proper documentation and guidelines implementation.
Requirements

A college graduate preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business-related course, Behavioral Science, or Industrial Engineering courses.

2-3 years supervisory function in a restaurant or quick service restaurant.
