The Store Supervisor/Management Trainee oversees the retail store's daily operations, including product availability, controlling finances, managing the staff, and customer services.

Qualifications:

  1. 2 years course or 2nd-year college level of any bachelor's degree.
  2. Knowledgeable in Food Cost, Labor Cost, Utilities, Inventories of Supplies, Products, and Store Cash Management.
  3. Implementation of the following: Marketing Plans and Programs, Summary and Monitoring of Daily Sales and Forecast, Sales forecast in preparation for events or special occasions, and Store Cash Management.
  4. Approachable and a team player.
