**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in San Sebastián. As a key member of our store team, you will assist the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring that sales plans are achieved and customer service is exceptional.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations, including supervising sales staff and maintaining store conditions.
  • Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless store operations.
  • Implement company procedures and directives, ensuring compliance and excellence in customer service.
  • Support the store team in product knowledge, ensuring that sales staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet sales goals by mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring that the store team is motivated and empowered to deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain outstanding store conditions and company visual merchandising standards, ensuring that the store is a showcase for our brand.
  • Ensure that deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of supervising and motivating a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Good IT skills, with experience of using retail systems and software.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with good English skills advantageous.
  • Enthusiasm for fashion and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
