**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive sales growth in the central-south region.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our existing client portfolio in the central-south region of Spain. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales results with our current clients, increasing volumes, prices, and product ranges, as well as developing new clients and markets.

You will act as a key partner for our customers, supporting them in identifying solutions to their needs through our self-adhesive products. You will also build long-term relationships with accounts, providing distinctive service levels, and contributing to the deployment of our commercial strategy to maximize short- and medium-term results.

**Requirements**

  • You have a proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customer accounts.
  • You have demonstrated experience working in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes, including margin monitoring and CRM.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop different insights on the market/business.
  • Prior experience in B2B sectors, specifically in industries such as wine, cosmetics, household and personal care, and food, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the world of self-adhesives labels, packaging, printing, or other related sectors is also advantageous.
