Resumen del Cargo

Se busca un especialista en impuestos con experiencia para asegurar la conformidad fiscal diaria y las operaciones tributarias en España. El candidato ideal tendrá conocimientos detallados de la legislación española y podrá interactuar con equipos regionales, centros compartidos y departamentos fiscales.

Responsabilidades

1. Realizar actividades contables y de cumplimiento fiscal (incluidas tarifas de transferencia) para España, aprovechando recursos locales y centrales, así como consultores fiscales externos según sea necesario.

2. Interactuar con Finanzas Empresariales y el Equipo RTA sobre asuntos relacionados con los impuestos para dar cumplimiento a los plazos y feeds relevantes trimestrales para informes, conciliaciones de estados de cuenta y fines de auditoría.

3. Preparar declaraciones de impuestos directos corporativos y otras declaraciones de impuestos, excluyendo impuestos indirectos y declaraciones de impuestos relacionadas con empleados.

4. Coordinar todos los inputs pertinentes e arreglar pagos de impuestos y flujo de efectivo de impuestos.

5. Asegurarse de que la documentación fiscal cumpla con las regulaciones locales y políticas de la empresa.

6. Entregar asuntos fiscales para el grupo español con respecto al Tasa Efectiva Impositiva (TEI).

7. Informar asuntos fiscales relevantes en el QR16 de impuestos y abordar excepciones de manera oportuna.

8. Mantenerse actualizado sobre cambios legislativos, evaluar su impacto en procesos y rutinas financieras diarias y mantener a los partes interesados informados.

9. Coordinar auditorías fiscales, preguntas e investigaciones.

10. Apoyar al equipo con tareas operativas sobre subsidios, identificar y actuar sobre oportunidades de incentivos fiscales en coordinación con las empresas.

11. Participar en proyectos de reestructuración legal desde una perspectiva fiscal.

12. Atender solicitudes ad-hoc sobre asuntos fiscales de los Departamentos Fiscales de EMEA / EE.UU. y Finanzas Empresariales.

13. Defender y participar en optimizaciones de procesos para la región y/o EMEA aprovechando la Finanza Central de Países y la Organización Central según sea necesario.

Cualificaciones Requeridas

1. Grado en Contabilidad o Finanzas.

2. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un cargo similar.

3. Conocimiento sólido de SAP y capacidad para aprender rápidamente otros software y aplicaciones informáticas.

4. Dominio del idioma español y habilidad para comunicarse en inglés.

5. Experiencia probada con US GAAP / GAAP Español.
