About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our business units, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive legal support to our business units, including contract review and negotiation, litigation management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize risk and maximize business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of legal considerations into business decisions.
  • Manage and coordinate external legal counsel as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the business on compliance.
Requirements
  • Law degree and membership in the relevant bar association.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong background in contract law, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the company's goals and objectives.
