About the Role
We are seeking an intellectually curious and eager-to-learn individual who can thrive and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment.
Responsibilities
- Work within the corporate team, reporting directly to the Lead Counsel but working closely with other Legal Counsels on corporate law matters.
- Advise on a variety of corporate transactions, including joint ventures and co-investments to support the growth of the business, all within a fast-paced company undergoing an ambitious international expansion.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members within the legal department and across the Fever business.
- Advise and participate on a wide range of corporate secretarial issues, corporate transactions, and co-productions, co-investments, and joint ventures.
- Work across different jurisdictions, leveraging your legal background, with ownership of projects assigned to you.
