Blue Yonder is a leading technology company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to drive business expansion in our EMEA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating pipeline and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize prospecting strategies to initiate outreach to potential customers and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analyze customer needs and challenges, identify qualified leads, and hand them over to the appropriate sales individual.
- Determine prospects' interest in Blue Yonder products and services, and make recommendations accordingly.
- Work in assigned territories, covering as many contacts as possible, and participate in sales opportunity reviews.
- Achieve quarterly lead generation goals set by sales management, and communicate effectively with sales management through regular updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in the software industry.
- Personable, outgoing, and helpful, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of exceptional lead generation results, with experience working in a team sales environment.
- Knowledge of SFA/CRM/Contact Manager software, with an advantage if you have experience with Salesforce.com.
