The Opportunity

The Inside Sales Representative will drive revenue expansion through strategic outreach within a defined customer base. This role involves scheduling remote meetings, identifying client requirements, and mapping solutions to meet those needs. The Sales Growth Specialist will maintain consistent customer contact through regular dials and meetings, ensuring renewals, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams to build strong relationships, ultimately leading to increased sales and quota attainment.

Your Role in Our Mission
  • Prospect within a designated customer base and schedule remote meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare thoroughly for each sales call, focusing on pre-meeting preparation, overcoming objections, and post-meeting follow-up.
  • Identify client requirements and match them to suitable Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling.
  • Facilitate contract renewals by supporting engagement efforts, addressing concerns, and collaborating with renewal teams to retain at-risk clients.
  • Sell solutions through prospecting, networking, and executing marketing initiatives to expand Iron Mountain's presence and revenue growth.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, collaborating with customer service, operations, and internal sales teams for a seamless customer experience.
  • Leverage CRM and analytical tools to assess customer data and drive profitable growth.
  • Build strong customer relationships, understanding their organizational goals and acting as an industry expert.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Closing sales by driving next steps and overcoming objections using strong consultative and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent professional Norwegian and English language skills.
  • Consistent prospecting for new business opportunities using phone, email, and social selling strategies.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities by uncovering decision-making processes, budget constraints, and buying motives.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce), social media platforms, and analytical data to drive growth.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
