About the Role:

Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion in the Polish market, focusing on the ecommerce, finance, and automotive verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to hit or exceed quarterly financial targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including account management, creative, technical, and legal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Manage and track sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in driving new business growth, preferably in the Ad Tech industry
  • Strong network in the Polish market, with a focus on ecommerce, finance, and automotive
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients at all levels
  • Fluent in English and Polish, with additional Eastern European languages a plus
