About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Public Programmes Manager to join our team at CodeOp. As a Public Programmes Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our public programmes throughout Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage public programmes with government partners, including due diligence, monitoring of contractual agreements, and reporting.
- Present the scope and parameters of each new programme to the team.
- Ensure the successful execution of public programmes by liaising with students, educational and operational staff.
- Maintain the standards of the ISO: 9001 quality system.
- Organize communication channels and systems to align stakeholders internally and externally.
- Track progress toward key business growth milestones and report on partnership-building insights to the team.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop outreach strategies and promote CodeOp brand awareness.
- Oversee that our public programmes educational team meets all programmatic requirements.
- Reapply to previous calls and scan for other training opportunities that align with CodeOp's growth plans.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and a pedantic approach to administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

- Experience managing public grants in the education sector in Spain.
