Key Responsibilities- Develop Innovative Solutions: Utilize data and research to address complex challenges and create innovative solutions that drive business results.
- Lead Cross-Functional Programmes: Oversee complex, cross-functional programmes with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive Sustainability Goals: Engage with rail partners to drive Amazon's sustainability goals and leverage large data and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programmes, seeing them through from start to finish.
- Lead Business Reviews: Conduct business reviews with Amazon leadership and senior-level rail executives to drive strategic discussions and inform business decisions.
- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with finance, legal, and network teams to shape future growth plans and guide rail and land-side partners through new launches and other special projects.
Our team is responsible for building and maintaining Amazon's robust intermodal rail network, a critical component of our logistics infrastructure. As a Senior Programme Manager, you will play a key role in driving strategic improvements and contributing to the success of our team.
