Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team at PTC. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for New Customers: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers, focusing on business-to-business sales and global strategic accounts.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Develop and execute strategies to cross-sell and upsell our proven Digital Transformation solutions to existing customers.
- Pipeline Growth and Revenue: Grow pipeline and revenue across our portfolio of Digital Transformation solutions.
- Execute on Marketing-Qualified Leads: Pursue marketing-qualified leads and prospect in existing accounts, as well as target new logos.
- Route Qualified Opportunities: Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development.
- Conduct Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and set up meetings.
- Record Activities: Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos) of leads within our CRM system.
- Answer Sales Questions: Answer incoming calls and emails related to sales questions.
- Assist in Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of campaigns within your territory.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional groups such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations.
- Related Experience: 6 to 12 months of related experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles.
- Preferred Skills and Knowledge: Interest in new technologies, software market, motivation for sales and business development challenges, competitive drive, and results-oriented profile.
