About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Global Campaigns Team at Semrush. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that leverage multiple platforms, including paid media, email, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  2. Lead Internal Campaign Communications: Develop and manage internal campaign communications, from briefings to reporting, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
  3. Collaborate with Creative Production Teams: Work closely with creative production teams to deliver high-quality assets on time, ensuring that all marketing materials meet the highest standards.
  4. Manage Campaign Timelines: Own and manage campaign timelines, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed on schedule and within budget.
  5. Map and Optimize Consumer Journeys: Develop and implement strategies to map and optimize the complete consumer journey, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and preferences.
  6. Oversee Campaign Budgets: Manage and allocate campaign budgets, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed within budget and that ROI is maximized.
  7. Align and Coordinate Teams: Align and coordinate different teams, including creative, media, product, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
  8. Develop and Test New Campaign Formats: Develop and test new campaign formats and channels to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  1. 5+ Years of Marketing Experience: Proven track record in launching multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  2. Strategic Thinking and Campaign Planning: Excellent strategic thinking and campaign planning abilities, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  3. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create comprehensive decks and present marketing strategies to stakeholders.
  4. Creativity and Attention to Detail: High level of creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Basic Understanding of Campaign Metrics and Data Analysis: Basic understanding of campaign metrics and data analysis, with the ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.
  6. Industry Awareness and Adaptability: Strong awareness of industry trends and adaptability, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and best practices.
  7. Goal-Oriented Mindset and Focus on Results: Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results, with the ability to drive business growth and customer engagement through effective marketing strategies.
  8. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  9. Advanced English Language Skills: Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and develop marketing materials that meet the highest standards.
Preferred Qualifications
